All chemical services and appointments over one hour or $100 will require a 50% booking fee. This amount will be applied to your service total.
We, at Katherine Drew Salon, love and value each of you as clients. We appreciate your support and loyalty. We wish policies like these didn’t need to exist, but at the end of the day, no matter how much we love what we do, we must be able to support our family and other small businesses in our wonderful community!
Your appointment is very important to us! This time is reserved especially for you! It is understandable that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, we respectfully request a 48 hour notice to reschedule or cancel any appointment. If you cancel within 48 hours the booking fee will not be applied to future appointments. Please understand that when you cancel without notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that spot and other guests miss the opportunity to receive services. We know things come up, but missed appointments waste valuable time we could be devoting to other clients or our family.
This is the equivalent of showing up for work, and your boss says they forgot you were working today and then sends you home without pay. There’s no time to make other arrangements. It’s quite the dilemma.
This policy allows us the time to inform all stand-by guests of any last minute availability. Appointments are confirmed in advance via automated text messaging and/or email as a courtesy to you. Not receiving a confirmation however does not excuse you from missing your appointment.
Appointments cancelled/rescheduled with less than 48 hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of your service.
Appointments cancelled/rescheduled within 24 hours, or no call/no show will result in a fee of 100% of your service.
If you cancel the same day or no call/no show TWICE, you will no longer be able to book an appointment.
