Booking and Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is very important to us and this time is reserved especially for you!
We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary as life can be unpredictable. Our Guest Services Team is happy to help with reservation rescheduling when life changes for our guests.
We respectfully request a 48 hr notice to reschedule or cancel any app’t. Please understand that when you cancel without notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that spot and other guests miss the chance to receive services.
We know things come up but missed appointments waste valuable time we could be devoting to other clients or our family.
This policy allows us the time to inform all stand-by guests of any last minute availability. Appointments are confirmed in advance via automated text messaging and/or email 48 hrs and two hours in advance.
Services canceled within a 24 hour window, or missed without notice will be automatically charged 50% of the original reservation. This charge is non-refundable and is not a credit towards future services.
Guests with excessive rescheduling or missed appointments (2 or more in a 2 month period) may be required to prepay 100% of the service cost to hold a reservation. This is a non refundable prepayment, forfeited if the appointment is missed. Prepayments can transfer one time, as long as it is rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Of course we understand that sickness, family emergencies and contact quarantine, is MORE THAN EVER an extremely important and REQUIRED reason to cancel or reschedule a reservation. PLEASE give us as much advance notice as possible and
DO NOT COME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT if you have any COVID 19 symptoms or have been in contact with anyone with symptoms in the last 14 days.

We here at Katherine Drew Salon love and value each of you as clients. We appreciate your support and loyalty. We wish policies like these didn’t need to exist, but at the end of the day, no matter how much we love what we do, we must be able to support our family and other small businesses in our wonderful community!
